7-Day Checking Warranty: We stand behind our gear. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

How to Request a Return: Reach out to us on our WhatsApp support number with a short unboxing video or clear pictures of the defect.

Refund Process: Since we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be securely transferred directly to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item.

Conditions: The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. "Change of mind" returns are not accepted.
